I made a list of 216 .mil.* domains using Google, retrieved the Whois data for each
and counted the number of GMail, Yahoo and Hotmail accounts used as contact address. 
The list contained domains in 32 different tld's (countries). In total, there were 
63 occurrences of a G/Y/H webmail account in 32 domains in 4 tld's:

.mil.hn. --> Honduras
.mil.id. --> Indonesia
.mil.my. --> Malaysia
.mil.ve. --> Venezuela
